BioBorn in West Palm Beach, a rare native Floridian. I've been working for the State for about 7 years (that's right, subservient to The Man) in one of the more despicable social service departments. (No, not DCF, but close.) This wonderful it-feels-like-reality-Jerry-Springer-in-here employment has brought me to Tallahassee. And so without even thinking about it, I've ended up with a career. Will our retirement system hold up long enough for me to get my 35 years and retire at the wonderful age of 55? Please dear Goddess, grant me that gift.
I have four cats (what was I thinking) and am living with them for the moment in a tiny 1-bedroom apartment. I love laying in bed and reading, collecting DVDs, and completing crossword puzzles. I can't stop singing and frequently wonder if my cubicle neighbors at work hate me for it. I love to travel, and must take at least one good vacation every year (more often if I can swing it). I think that this year is going to be the best of my life so far. 27 is indeed a magical number.
